ANIL SINGHVI, Founder, Non-executive Director
Anil Singhvi, Chairman ICAN Investments Advisors Private Limited, has over 30 years of experience in the corporate sector, of which 22 years werewith Ambuja Cements Limited, including as its Managing Director & CEO.

He is also a founder director of Foundation for Liberal and Management Education (FLAME). FLAME imparts liberal arts education to undergraduate students; it also has a business school and a school of communication.


Anil Singhvi is closely associated with SAMPARC an NGO that helps over 700 destitute children. He is also on the Indian advisory board of Habitat for Humanity, an NGO involved with construction of houses for needy and poor people.

AMIT TANDON, Founder and Managing Director
Amit Tandon is the Managing Director of the company.

Before this, Amit was the Managing Director of Fitch Ratings India Private Limited, from October 2001 till June 2011, where he was responsible for the firm’s Indian business.

Prior to joining Fitch, Amit was senior vice president and head of corporate banking at ICICI Securities, responsible for the capital markets (both debt and equity), M&A and advisory business.
Amit Tandon studied economics at St. Stephens College, University of Delhi, is an MBA (Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi), and has an MPhil in Economics and Politics of Development from the University of Cambridge.
DEVEN SHARMA, Non-executive Director, Independent  
Deven Sharma served as President, Standard & Poor's, a Division of The McGraw-Hill Companies from 2007 to 2011.
Prior to this, Deven Sharma worked for Booz Allen Hamilton for 14 years and led its strategy, operations performance, sales and marketing, and global expansion engagements for service, marketing and information-intensive companies. He left the company as a partner, and joined McGraw-Hill in 2002. He moved to Standard & Poor's (a division of McGraw-Hill) in 2006 as Executive Vice President, Investment Service and Global Sales, before serving as its President.

Deven Sharma holds a bachelor's degree from Birla Institute of Technology, a master's degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a doctoral degree in business management from Ohio State University.
ROBERT PAVREY, Non-executive Director, Independent  
Robert Pavrey is a Practising company secretary and a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His areas of expertise include company law, foreign exchange regulations and securities Laws.

Robert Pavrey launched his independent practice under the name Robert Pavrey & Associates in November, 1991. In the past almost three decades, Robert Pavrey has been associated with leading corporate houses in the capacity of an independent director and advisory counsellor.

He holds a bachelor's degree in law and a master's in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
Renuka Ramnath, Non-executive Director, Independent 
Renuka Ramnath founded Multiples Alternate Asset Management Private Limited (Multiples) in 2009: Multiples is an investment advisory firm that manages more than USD 400 million of Private Equity Funds.

Renuka has spent over two and half decades in the Indian financial sector across private equity, investment banking and structured finance. As one of the early private equity investors in India, she played a pivotal role in shaping the market both in terms of leading pioneering investments such as buy-outs as well as opening new pockets of capital for investment in Indian private equity. In her last role as the MD & CEO of ICICI Venture for close to a decade, she has contributed in many ways to the evolution of that firm to one of the largest private equity funds in India.

Renuka holds a Bachelor of Engineering from VJTI, University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Mumbai. She has also completed the AMP from the Harvard Business School.
